Can't create step file anymore

I used to be able to create a step file but can no longer. I now get the error message, "The procedure entry point

?IsNT6@UTxUtil@@SA_NXZ cound not be located in the dynamic link library utx.dll. Does this require a re-installation?

Restart the computer and Inventor, does it still happen?
If so you can try a repair install.

Hi! This sounds like install related issue. A shared component critical for Inventor to run is missing. Please go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> find the Inventor release you have -> right-click -> Uninstall/Change -> Repair Install. After that, does it work better? Many thanks!
