Can't create Sheet metal fold. Help Please

For some reason Inventor won't let me create a fold on the bend line in sketch 9. I want to fold it up 3 degrees but for some reason it wont let me make the fold. I am not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Frankly, I can't quite understand where the fold is going to be. Could you please elaborate a bit?

I apologize. I attached the wrong part. Rookie mistake, I'm super sorry. Please see the attached part A130. The smaller triangle is what I want to bend up.

Change the material thickness in the sheet metal style and it works like a charm.

Thank you, a bunch of silly errors from me tonight. When converting it to sheet metal I forgot to match up the thicknesses from the extrudes to be the same as the ones in the sheet metal rule.
