Can not change the name of frame generator members

Dear all, 

I've been using frame generator for quite sometime however, since today I can't change the name of frame members anymore when I want to save them. The column to do this is not visisble anymore. (see the attached picture). 

Inventor 2020.

Hi, have you used the File Naming tool in Application Options?  If so, can you post a screen shot of those settings?  There might be something that is preventing you from changing the file name when the member is placed.

Here are my file naming settings. I have never changed them.

Click in the file name line, does the ellipsis button appear?

hmm, because mine don't appear until I click the file name cell.. I am on 2020.

Hi Niek,

The behavior does not look right to me. Please make sure all critical Windows updates are installed and the latest Inventor updates are installed. If it still does not work, try using Inventor Reset Utility (All Programs -> Autodesk -> Inventor 20xx -> Tools) to reset all settings back to install default. Please note that the UI customization will be gone too.

Resetting inventor fixed the issue, thank you for your help!
