Can I still work with Inventor files?

Hello, our Vault is down for the moment. I have files locally. Can I still work on these files?

I'd say Yes, you'll have to wait for the Vault in order to check in your changes but as long as they're not locked (read-only) and checked out to you then i don't see a reason you couldn't continue working on them.
