BOM / Parts List not matching assembly content

Anybody encounter this: parts in sub-assembly do not shown in parts list in .IDW

1. BOM for Primary model state

2. Item 31 in above image does not show up in Parts List in IDW for the Primary model state

Also, the "+/-" is fully empty for all sub-assemblies, thus unable to collapse the sub-asm to show parts under.

Any clue / help? Thanks.

It looks like the Parts List is created from the "Structured" BOM - and you have "First Level" selected in the BOM rather than "All Levels"
