I know that this has been reported several times but its still an issue and I thought I would add some context. seeing as this was first reported 5 years ago and has not been addressed as far as I can tell
Bolts will glitch out and only one bolt will be placed at origin if you are using concentric placement and a trough hole is created due to the hole not being big enough.
(holes shown here are set for #12 bolt size so)
when you use the "edit design accelerator" tool it will show that there were no circular references selected
the tool will work if you are placing a single bolt AND you turn off the through hole creation, but it will still cause issues if you are placing multiple bolts.
the tool will also still work if it does not attempt to create a through hole
(all holes shown are to size or oversized)
