Bolted connection: issue when through holes are created using concentric placement || Inventor 2025.4

I know that this has been reported several times but its still an issue and I thought I would add some context. seeing as this was first reported 5 years ago and has not been addressed as far as I can tell 

Bolts will glitch out and only one bolt will be placed at origin if you are using concentric placement and a trough hole is created due to the hole not being big enough. 

 (holes shown here are set for #12 bolt size so)

when you use the "edit design accelerator" tool it will show that there were no circular references selected 

the tool will work if you are placing a single bolt AND you turn off the through hole creation, but it will still cause issues if you are placing multiple bolts.

the tool will also still work if it does not attempt to create a through hole 

 (all holes shown are to size or oversized)

@gmlynarek Thanks for reporting the problem! Can you help to share the file(plate with holes) to me and let me check it? I'm curious of what's the hole size.

Thanks @gmlynarek for sharing the part file! How did you set 1/4-20 UNC - 1 Hex Bolt? I just saw 1/4-20 UNC - 0.625 Hex Bolt on the default library.

Since I also placed a few washers and a nut the bolted connection tool auto adjusted the length of the bolt to compensate for the extra distance 
but alternatively you should be able to change the length of the bolt by dragging this arrow here. these lengths are determined by what is defined in its family table

it also appears that you are using the hex cap screw family where im using the hex bolt family, but both of those have a 1/4"-20x1" bolt in their families

Thanks @gmlynarek ! Sorry for I made a mistake of my question. I was wondering of when the thread diameter is 0.25 inch(it is equal to the hole diameter), no through hole listed for me, but you have a 0.266 inch hole in it. 

Anyway, I already reproduced the problem and logged an internal defect(ID: INVGEN-88720) to track it. Thanks so much for explaining the details!
