Hi,

I am trying to bend a gusset so that one of it's side faces is flush to another gussets face.

THey look parallel ... you may want to see if they are inline in the 3d assembly.

if they are both bent to the same angle then you know you need to look at the assembly

I doubt that I would use Bend Part.

Attach your Bracket-front and Bracket-rear here and I will demonstrate what I would do.

iProperties indicates that you are on r2015 Service Pack 0

The first thing I would do is install the latest Service Pack and Update for 2015.

Is there a logical reason that there are no dimensions on your sketches?

Were these sketches imported from AutoCAD?

Yes they were imported from autocad... unconstrained and undimensioned.

Ah well, then my next step will be to fully constrain/dimension.

Does the Flat Patten size have to remain the same as provided in these two files?

Assuming yes, then I will figure out finished dimensions...

If no, then I will figure out finished dimensions...

...and model as Sheet Metal part.

Yes, I would prefer to not have to change the flat pattern dimensions.
