Bending a Pipe

I wanted to know why it isn't letting me bend these tubes either up or down 90 degrees.

I would forget about any assembly for now - you never finished the Footplate_rev.ipt part.

Start a new file from scratch - and this time follow the instructions.

Then tell me what step you missed in your part file (why am I saying you never finished the part)?
