Beginner tutorial for Inventor 2023

I have no prior experience with inventor. 

I downloaded Inventor 2023 trial, but cant find a 2023 tutorial that has the same screen layout as mine, even to getting started instructions on the Autodesk site were wrong for what I had on the screen.

I have burnt a whole day trying to get this working, to no avail, I cant even get the thing to stay on metric as default.

Whats more, I seem to be missing tabs.

Cane someone direct me to some useful help please.

To set your default units go to Tools>Application Options and on the File tab select Configure Default Template...

Can you explain what tab are missing?

You can use Shift Win S and Ctrl V to copy and paste screen capture images in you Reply.

Does your Ribbon look like the image below?  If so, click the arrow at the end, and check the box for Tutorials to activate that menu.

In general tutorials for 2023 will be slim to none as its brand new.. However.. Very little is different from any of the tutorials for 2018+ though so you should be able to find everything with just a little digging at worst..

And yes Inventor has some built in tutorials which are fairly decent but I'd bet you learn a bit more going through the one I posted above. Plus you get to enjoy his witty humor and accent. 😉

Yes, I found that and turned on tutorials, but none of the tutorials show me how to actually start.

They either are a different screen or dont start from the beginning.

Yes, I started watching that one, but as you can see from my screen shot in my post, I dont have a 'get started' tab, but managed to get around it. Unfortunately, the files he uses are not available.
