basic constraint problem

hi!

i want part 1 to be in the middle of part 4, knowing that part 1 is already constrained flush with part 4.

if a=90 i can flash it with part 2 or 3 with an off-set but a=73.

What part do you want 1 to be constrained with? Your description is confusing.

Do you always want 1 to be parallel with the ground?

Mate the central axis of 1 and 4 and apply an angle constraint between 1 and the ground.
