automatically have things changed correspondently

I have this click where the 1's are all the same size width and the same length apart but this is a old coworker his drawing and he has no clue where it is and is not working here anymore, anyone have any idea how he has done this. 

i was told he was able to change one thing and then have all the ones change, or all the V's change.

Hi! I think you are talking about the Auto-Scale behavior in 2D Sketch. Go to Tools -> App Options -> Sketch -> check "Auto-scale sketch geometry on initial dimension." As the option indicates, the scaling only happens when you place the very first dimension (there are no other dimensions on the sketch and the geometry isn't constrained to a piece of projected geometry).

Please try it out. It should work.
