AFTER COMP CRUSHED HAD TO REINSTALL OPERATING SYS WIN64.
I HAVE SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVE FOR THIS PRODUCT

Hi! You should be able to download Autodesk Product Design Suite Ultimate 2018 if you have an active maintenance account. Please log on to Autodesk.com and find the download page.

That's the only way you are going to get MDT..  Its old, its retired and no longer supported.   There's no direct download link for it anymore.

mdt was discontinued

2009 was the last version

way before the design suites were introduced

That's only how you get MDT so you can convert your files over to Inventor.

Unfortunately I already installed Inventor 2018 without VS2005 x86

Also I do not have IV 2009 to access Inventor 2009.reg.
