Autodesk Inventor Professional 2014 Error 0xC0000142 on Windows 8.1

After I downloaded everything. I tryed to open the program and it gave me the 0xc0000142 error. I am using windows 8.1 home 64 bit And using the student software.

Look here. You need Service Pack 1.
