Anyone else NOT getting emails

I've had NO emails from this NG since 29/05/2025

Hi @Paul-Mason @CCarreiras ,

 

let us try to figure it out. Can you check first this link when youre logged in? This brings you to your profile´s settings for the notifications; just to validate they are turned on accordingly for the topics & replies level.

Then can you check on the Inventor Forum´s drop down if the subscription is set for you? If above is correct and you dont receive topic level notifications than we need to see the subscription is in place for this forum.

If you are subscribed it should say 'unsubscribe' instead of subscribe. If you are not subscribed, subscribing again should solve that.

 

Note: as you might know or not know, we did a huge migration effort on the community in the past weeks; where all content was moved to new boards (backend wise). You should have automatically after been subscribed to the newly created boards where the content was migrating to. If you discover that you are not subscribed to the inventor forum this might be a reason in this case, even if it shouldnt be a case as we reenabled all the subscribtions for everyone on the new boards. Better double checking and mentioning though.

 

Let me know if above steps are helpful, what you see and if it is working again as it should for you after that!

Yes, after checking, that's  what's happening to me as well , and I'm only getting some replies and not the original post

I've not changed any setting in my email program Thunderbird or on m y mail server Gmail.com there NOT in any spam folders and I've definitely NOT change anything on the forums page at Autodesk and this ONLY stated at the weekend 02/06/2025@ 20.41.18  is the last I got with the OP first

Looks like someone at Autodesk ahs been tinkering and screwed it all up

Well that's bloody wired I was unsubscribed, BUT yesterday is the first time I've been on there for months. and this problem ONLY stared on 02/06/2025, I was getting Original Post and all reply's until then then just replies only

 

I wonder I switched to Vodafone Fiber Broadband, but not my broadband supplier, on the 2nd. could that have something to do with this ??

This iksd what I'm seeing when I follow your instructions NOTHING just a little narrow box with NO OPTIONS what like I said some MUPPET at Autodesk has been tinkering and screwed it up

WELL IT'S WORKING FINE HERE, NOW BUT NOT YESTERDAY

AND WITHOUT THE OP MESSAGE THE MESSAGES ARE MEANINGLESS  AND A WASTE OF MY TIME EVEN LOOKING AT THE EMAILS

THE PONT IS HOW DID THIS HAPPEN IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN I'VE NOT BEEN ON THIS SIDE OF THE SITE FOR MONTHS AND MADE NO CHANGES TO MY PROFILE OR EMAIL SETTINGS ????

Hi @Paul-Mason ,

 

are you in an active session? I only saw this behavior for the drop down not loading if the session timed out for inactivity e.g. after 15 minutes, going back and getting to do it then the responsive menu doesnt load. 

 

To answer the question how this happened I already responded this here:

I checked in with the team doing the migration and every subscription which was broken should have been restored by now. Is it back to you normally as it should? If you still run into the issues let me know and I can try to see if I can manually fix it for you on the account.
