How to add a picture (e.g. any jpg file) next to Insert iFeature window?

Do you have a feature or do you have a sketch?

 

Is the "picture" a label in the real world?

 

Can you attach example here?

Picture shall be next to PARTICULAR ifeature window, to explain what reference points/line chose within Ifeature....

Accepted as solution, but then noticed I still cannot add picture. I have created in same folder where .ide is, sample jpg with exact name but it does not load up. How to achieve this?
