Accurate image positioning in titleblock (or anywhere really)

I have an image of the company logo which I need to put on the titleblock. Does anyone know how to firstly, resize it to the desired size, and then to position it accurately in the title block? Maybe with snaps or aligns. Thanks!

As far as I know, there is no such option in the titleblock environment.
You can report it on Idea Station

In the sketch environment, you can constrain images.

You can click on the image and drag to size/position, but you cannot dimension to the image bounds unfortunately.

Hi, it's strange that you can't do this in the titleblock editor.

I would always advise to do your logo as a vector (out of lines) instead of using an imported image. They usually look better, you can position them properly and you don't have to worry about Inventor not finding external files or whatever.

I've done it before using an Inventor DWG with AutoCAD titleblock blocks, so you edit this in AutoCAD to get it right then head to Inventor to create the views, dimensions, tables, etc. Start in AutoCAD or just make sure the titleblock can be edited opening if from there. Unfortunately not an option with IDW.

This idea is a bit similar - also asking for allowing block definitions in the titleblock edit environment:

Inventor is strange, I'll give you that. But I took your advice and I think that importing autocad lines in and hatching it is the closest thing we can do for now! Thanks.
