3D Connection Mouse Use within Inventor in a Virtual Environment

Hi All,

Looking for advice on getting the 3d mouse drivers to work within a Virtual environment in this case VMware Horizon client. Is there resources or Autodesk Personal that I can be linked to help out our IT team installing the 3d Mouse? We have 4 seats looking to come on stream but despite various tickets being opened with Autodesk we are unable to make any headway. I have seen posts relating to third party apps being required. 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
