iLogic Activation Error

I have an app that launches Inventor silently from a standalone application to process some files. Everything works well most of the time, except I occasionally receive this error that pops up:

Clicking ok will let the code proceed without issues but I can't have the execution be interupted. Is there anyway to handle this error gracefully and not show the error dialog?

But there is no source code(non confidential) and steps to reproduce the issue.
