hi..before i installed the autocad 2016 version which successfully installed just now, i have downloaded 2017 version before.so i received the product keys and serial number for 2017 version.. therefore i want ask how can i receive the serial number and product keys for 2016 ver the one i installed now

Please do not share any personal information here such as your serial #. This is a world wide public user forum and others can steal your information and use the product illegally. Which means it all points back to you... I will have the moderator remove it to protect your information.
Secondly you are trying to install AutoCAD 2016 using a product key for AutoCAD 2017. AutoCAD 2016 product key is 001H1.
Also that serial # is for AutoCAD 2017, so you need to go back, sign in and request use for AutoCAD 2016. IF you don't then your 2016 product will not activate properly.

If this is an active subscription you would be entitled to the 2020 to 2017 version..
However Autodesk has been switching user's accounts around and I'm wondering if it got switched to sign in. Can you select the sign in option and try. Or go into your Autodesk Account and see if its serial # based or sign in.
