The other day the email reply system was backed up according to Autodesk. But if you access your Autodesk Account do you see the information/products that you requested as a student? Meaning if that's the case there's no need to verify your email address.

Hi. I have the same problem regarding the verification link email. I tried using an account which is not my personal gmail account. I created an account here in Autodesk to download an installer, but I was trapped in this email verification. Do I need to use my current gmail account instead of the one I created intended for the autodesk?
Where can I see that email if it is already sent? Help please. Thanks.
Hi, @natasha.l, @Mark.Lancaster
What's the correct format of the email address to create here? I already tried using my google account hoping it will linked with the autodesk. But it doesn't accept the email address. Format please. Thanks.
For your info: this is my current google account hoping to linked with my autodesk account. ahlyssacad.158@gmail.com.????

Are you a student?
Update: Also I will assume dot in your email syntax name prior to the @ is causing the issue. But I'm only a user and don't know what Autodesk fully excepts.

Hi @Anonymous,
Agree with @Mark.Lancaster, please avoid sharing sensitive information here. Would you happen to have an error message when you try to sign up? Could you send a screenshot here for verification? Also, have you tried clearing your cache and cookies before trying to sign up again?
Hi @Anonymous,
Have you already tried signing up again? Have you already set up your account or received the verification email?
