Vehicle Tracking 2020 & Autocad 2020

Hello Everyone,

Hope we are all well and safe

Having a bit of a moment with Vehicle tracking 2020 and Autocad 2020.

We have Acad 2020 installed however its not showing Vehicle Tracking in the menu tabs

History

We had 1 license of Vehicle Tracking from KeySoft for use on the Autocad 2017 version.

Autocad & Licenses were stored on an ageing server

The new Autocad 2020 and licenses are stored on a new separate Cloud Server.

When users installed the Autocad 2020 and migrated the settings is it possible the settings for Vehicle tracking 2017 went with it?

This is the cloud server we have plenty of licenses below yet users can only use one and the rest get the above error

"Users of 87263VEHTRK_2020_0F: (Total of 28 licenses issued; Total of 0 licenses in use)"

Users have Autocad 2020 accessed from the server no issues

We used the SCCM deployment

Vehicle Tracking is a separate download/Install it does not get installed with Autocad

is that error coming from Autocad or Vehicle Tracking?

Thanks for getting back to me.

Vehicle Tracking 2020 is installed on the users laptop.

When the user opens Autocad 2020, Vehicle Tracking isn't showing in the drop down menus despite being installed on same laptop.

The user is then trying to open Veh Track via the program and getting that error.

My laptop has never had Veh Track before so we used the same deployment method as above and it worked. 

The Veh Tracking 2017 was supplied by Keysoft and the user migrated the settings from 2017 Acad to Acad 2020, which leads me to believe Acad has brought the keysoft licence of old to the new 2020 Acad and it falls over?

not quite sure what you mean by this

Autodesk uses their own licensing system for Vehicle Tracking

the 2017 license for vehicle tracking does not transfer over to 2020

Vehicle Tracking adds a ribbon called Vehicle Tracking into Autocad

Yes it does agreed.

When the user opens the Autocad 2020 there is no Vehicle Tracking drop down menu within Acad 2020

Vehicle Tracking is installed on the same laptop but Acad 2020 doesn't load it for some reason, doesn't load anything.

Vehicle Tracking from 2017 Keysoft has been removed from the laptop

Is it worth a revisit to the Registry or is some other setting?
