VBA open previous version of Inventor

I have inventor 2019, 2020 and 2021 installed on my machine as we have to supply files to clients in specific versions. I am writing some code to export the drawings as DWG's from excel as we have a significant list, but i want to open the specific version of Inventor relating to the last saved as drawing version so as not to risk any inventor file version issues. Any ideas? i can't seem to specify which version is opened when specifying the inventor object.
