After a long time i'm trying to renew my personal license of Fusion 360 but when i follow the renew procedure it ends up with the error message "No personal free license is found"

What do you consider a personal license? Is it a student license of Fusion 360, a non-commercial license or a commercial license...

Free personal license is how it’s actually called in the fusion 360 app. It should be the old hobbyist license, so not student and not commercial license.

So if you go into manage.autodesk.com is Fusion 360 listed there?

Credentials are correct
if I go to manage.autodesk.com fusion 360 license is listed, even though it is repeated many time

Then you need to reach out to Autodesk to have them review your account
