Unable to Install

I am a student and am trying to install F360 on my mac (Monterey 12.3.1) and for whatever reason, I keep getting the "We are not sure what is preventing installation... [Errno 13]" message. I have installed similar programs recently and I believe I have my security preferences set right. I have shut down and restarted my computer as well as tried reinstalling the software from scratch with no success. Not sure what to do, any help would be appreciated.
