it's a 2016 post and TrueView is a pain to install for a lot of people who have restricted permissions.. and firewalls etc.   I don't use it and avoid it 

I've found that C++/NET resolves it .. worked for tickets I've had. Not sure why it's not for Damian,

It's not relevant anymore .. as it's from 2021 ..   Need to check with Fernerma to see if they are all set.
