System requirement

I know that I have to install windows on my mac then instal revit I just ask you the model of mac(MLH42) for system requirements does this model respond to revit in case of system requirements???

If you have I understand you are looking for information on System Requirements for Revit on a Mac. I have copied them below you will also need the appropriate Windows operating system that will run on the Parallels side as you mentioned. 

 

Autodesk Revit 2017
Autodesk Revit LT 2017

Parallels Desktop® 11 for Mac: Recommended-Level Configuration
Host Operating System & Hardware Type Mac® OS X® 10.10.3 "El Capitan”
MacBook Pro® 10,1; iMac® 14,1 or newer

MLH42 this is the model of new macbook pro that I want to buy its graphic cart is AMD Radeon pro 455 - 2 GB and the cpu is quad core i7 2.7 GHz boost up to 3.6 GHz .


Is this system suitable for Revit ????

Hello @Anonymous,

 

Autodesk does not recommend any specific hardware, if it meets the requirements it should be fine.

As long as the system meets the minimum requirements to run the software, but if you plan on creating heavy project files using the software you may want to consider looking at the recommended requirements or go higher than that. 

 

You can speak to someone at Apple to have them help you understand your options and let them know what you plan to run on the computer for better feedback.

To be honest, I am not convinced about the answer you gave me just in case of geraphic requirement; the cpu and the other requirements I got that but the macbook that I want to buy has AMD Radeon 455 - 2 GB does it suitable for Revit?
