Subscription starting

I got and email about the subscription account starting.

On existing client computer installs I don't see anything that says "will expire", either stand alone or network seats.

Can I leave the software as is for existing client seats?

Can I use the user and ID with a subscription seat for new installs?

There will never be a notification on the user end for network license until the term portion of the network license expires.   Have you confirmed the expiration date in the network license file?

The new subscription?   Adding more seats or replacing an existing subscription that you're not renewing?

Moving a maintenance to subscription. The maintenance expires one day and the subscription starts the next day.

So on the new subscription do I need to re-install the client software or leave them as is? And do I use new installs on the new subscription?

Moving to subscription (from maintenance) there's no grace period to make the switch for your users and you can do this when it works for you.  But until you switch you lose out on subscription benefits that you are now entitled to.

This new subscription...  Is network or single user based?

Nobody seems to be able to answer this question definitively. Here are the official Autodesk resources.

Yes, if you switched from a Suite to Collection you are no longer allowed to use the Suite installers, you need to install products from the Collection (which includes most if not all products from the Suite and more, but each product is a separate install with a separate product key). Edit: if you switched e.g. AutoCAD on maintenance to AutoCAD on subscription (same product) there is no need to uninstall, but you might need to reset the license activation information to ensure you are not using the old serial numbers anymore (all new single user subscriptions are non-serialised). You will also need to assign single user licenses to users.
