Can't see product serial numbers on website - asking me to sign in

Hello,

We have a number of AEC Licences for our business. For which each user is given an account linked to their company email address.

Users are able to login to the Autodesk website, where all of their available AEC products are listed.

The serial numbers for each product were previously listed when you click on the product. But now it just says "sign in" where the serial numbers were, even though users are signed in:

What's the deal??? And where can I find my serial numbers??

We currently have a number of users unable to access their software, as it's requesting a serial number, which we can no longer find. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

There are no serial numbers anymore, you activate by signing in.

Edit: If you are stuck in the "enter serial number" loop, click on "Run" instead of "Activate" on the 30 day trial countdown page, then click on the drop down arrow to the right of the question mark in the top right corner of the software window, click on "About Autodesk <product name>", click on "Manage license", click on the "Activate" button - it should hopefully allow you to select "Single user" now.

If that doesn't help or you exhausted your trial, see this article.

In addition to @Anonymous  information see the following

Your single user subscription was selected and converted over to the sign in process and it eliminate the use of serial #s for activation.
