I've already registered my education license, but fusion 360 has been saying that it needs to be processed for over a month now, and it won't leave trial mode. I've tried reaching out to the support team, but I was only told to do a clean uninstall. I couldn't get the automatic clean uninstall to work, even after I had changed my username from the default one, and I couldn't access my control panel, so I just put the files I was told to delete in the recycle bin, and then emptied the recycle bin. I then re-downloaded fusion 360, booted it up, and signed in, but this still has not worked. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if it's just a bug. Your additional support would be greatly appreciated.
