One of the office computers had a student version of 2020 installed. Suddenly it stopped working and when I tried to download and reinstall failed.
Happened to someone here maybe?

In the case of needing to test Autodesk software before purchase, a trial is what should be used. Autodesk trials are available for a limited time usually 30 days, allowing you to run the full software version.

Hi Natasha,
Thanks for bringing this issue to my attention.
I will check with the student working on the computer in question what his or her future needs will be and act accordingly.
