I have a MAC, and have a previous Education license linked to my account. I received the renew email, and attempted to revalidate the license, but this red message kept popping up.
No matter how many times I attempt to revalidate my license, it wont allow me to use the software. It has already deleted my working files, and unsure how to proceed.
