Stingray Installation problems

I was trying to install Stingray and as soon as I press install it goes to the install sceen and a few seconds later it goes to the finished screen.

I have included a sceenshot of the error sceen and  the installation log.

Thanks for the advice in the end all I had to do was restart my computer.

I had the same problem - tried multiple version installs, no luck.  I went through the Clean Uninstall steps - primarily step 4 & 5 here - https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/clean-uninstall

 

Delete any residual Program Files from these locations:

  • C:\Program Files\Autodesk\
  • C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Autodesk\
  • C:\Users\All Users\Autodesk\
  • C:\Users\**YOUR USERID**\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\
  • C:\Users\**YOUR USERID**\AppData\Local\Autodesk\
The program folders should be clearly named.
Clean out your TEMP files:
    1. Click the Windows Start button.
    2. In the Run box type %TEMP% and press Enter
    3. Highlight and delete all files. Ignore any files in use.

Solved my problem and got Stingray installed.
