Start up problem

Hi

I have educatşonal product license and 

I have '' License manager is not working or improperly installed'' problem,

I had reinstalled and repaired it and also 3dsmax is not opening at the mean while?

Any body can help me???

Update:  What are you seeing with 3DS Max?  Any error message?  Do you have netframe 4.7 installed?  Operating System?  What version of 3DS Max?
