Installing 3ds max Interactive causes 3ds Max 2018 to not launch

I have 3DS Max 2018 installed and has worked fine until I installed 3DS Max Interactive now 3DS Max will not start. Any help would be appreciated.

what is your OS and what version are you using? do you get an error message? is it the splash screen just won't launch?

Thank you for your responce, I was able to remedy the problem by uninstalling Max Interactive DCC Link. After the uninstall I started both programs, (3DS Max and Max Interactive with no issues or errors. Thanks again.
