Hello, I just recently bought a sub for Sketchbook Pro 7 the other day and I can't log into my account. I type everything correctly and the screen will load only to go back to login screen. I also have an issue if I click the forget password button, it will say that autodesk can't connect to my account.
I have internet and I verified my email account. I'm at a lost.

You need to use the chat option here and discuss this issue with Autodesk. We are only users here and have no access to your account. Just make sure to wait for the page to fully load.
