AutoCAD 2015 "A newer version of this software has already been installeed"

HI,

I've been trying to install AutoCAD for the past day. (student licence)

My previous copy which I had failed to start after updating to Windows 10.
I tied fixing it. Nothing.

So I uninstalled and re-installed only to be confronted by the message "A newer version of this software has already been installed".
I tried removing every trace of AutoCAD from my computer, even though  the reg files weren't there (saw from a previous thread), and were a bit different.
Still nothing.

Help please?

It looks like you are getting a message saying your product is already installed.

The problem was in the BIM 360 Add-in .
