Sign in button for 3ds max download not working

When I go to the 3DS Max educational liscence page, the sign in button does not work and I am unable to download/install the software as a result

The button triggers my cursor to change however is inoperative. I am signed into the education community but it still prompts for a login

Chrome is my browser

This problem is replicable in Edge Browser

Welcome to the community...

You are the second individual I heard of having an issue with getting into or creating an educational account.

You can also download your software using the Autodesk Virtual Agent but you still need your account/serial # information to activate the product.

However I was able to log into the Educational community just a few minutes ago so perhaps there was a problem earlier and now its resolved.

Thank you I have started downloading through the virtual agent.
The issue is still persisting for me, it could be my institutions network or a regional issue.
