I cannot activate AutoCAD with student license

I installed AutoCAD 2015 but cannot activate it as with a student license.

I'm using it as a free trial now.

Error message comes up when I try to activate it.

How can I fix it (use it as a student trial)?

Welcome to the community...

To the right of your posting is a link called:  New: Get an Activation Code.   If that doesn't work then use the chat option that is there or the Autodesk Register Once Web site (link is my signature - in order to see this link you must return back to this posting).

I tried at the page "New: Get an activation code" that you told me, but I could not figure out what "email associated with the serial number" and use chat option either. I also tried to get my activation code at Autodesk Register Once web site, but eventually the page said like "An error occurred while the product was registered or activated." (actually it showed up in Japanese. I translated it for asking you a question.)

I would suggest that you contact the Autodesk Educational Support team..
