serial number doesn't work

Hello,

I installed Revit 2020 and I've got an e-mail with the serial number but when I copy it in order to activate the program it's written:  The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again. (1) and before it's written: ' your license is expired. To use Autodesk Revit 2020, you must reactivate your license'. please tell me what to do. I sent the problem last week to the  Customer Support -but nobody is helping me.

Is this an education license?

Does revit 2020 appear in: http://manage.autodesk.com

Yes it's education license, and no it's not appear in my account..only until Revit 2019, (although I got a serial number) do you know why?

Sometimes product requests don't sync with the account.

Try requesting revit again from: https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/revit

See if appears in: https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/revit

If that fails, try education support, customer support ignore all education requests: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support

Also try activating revit by logging in with your Autodesk account (providing it appears in manage)
