I have been trying to allocate new licenses to my students this year but I see a message stating that "253 seats are expiring soon. Renew your subscription[s] to ensure all seats remain available".
How do I do this? Why isn't there a direct link from the message location to where I need to "renew"? Doesn't that make sense? I have re-confirmed my eligibility as an educator.
