relationship of autodesk network license manager with power supply

Our client is having problem with running their AutoCAD Networked after experiencing a fluctuating power supply. Is it possible? Is there really an impact to the license manager when there's a fluctuating power supply? how possible is that? the last time they experienced it we just advised them to install/repair but this time they said it cannot be resolved by simply doing so. I badly need a solution... Thanks in advance..

More info needed. Besides error messages/ logs is it a problem on the server
or the clients or both?

If you have a power failure it will break your license--it has happened to me 4 times. And good luck trying to get AutoDesk to help you--because they won't unless you buy a new license(big cash)--they won't help you at all.

I already resolved it. Thanks to those who replied.

I found out that it was a power failure, unlike what was first informed, so what I did is check the server first and from the license manager using the LMTOOLS I performed status inquiry. It's not giving out licenses like it should have so It means that the server might be stopped as the power failed. From start/stop/re-read tab i restarted the server. Then it worked properly after...

Everything is ok now... 😃
