Hello, I'm student and I'cant activate may autocad 2016. When I have open autocad and have click next toactivate I have this error Registration-Activation Error (0015.111)

I received my activation code via mail but didn't work.

 I too am having problems with activation when re-installing AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010, and getting the error message:  "Registration-Activation Error (0015.111)".  I recently formatted my computer to upgrade to Windows 7.  I have read the article "Reset license activation for an Autodesk product for Stand-Alone license with Single-User Access", but the article only references subscription licenses.  Is the procedure the same for perpetual licenses?  I have not attempted the procedure yet.

i've try until this step ,

" (Windows) Stop the AdSSO service from running:

• From the Windows Task Manager, select Details > AdSSO.exe.
• Click End Task
  
  Delete the LoginState.xml file in the following directory:
  • Windows: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\local\Autodesk\Web Services\LoginState.xml"

but on my laptop, there's no "AdSSO.exe. & LoginState.xml"

so what should i do?
