problems with the installation of autocad lt 2020

Hey,

 

Yesterday i had problems with opening autocad lt because i had the report "license checkout timed out"

I didn't found the problem and uninstalled my autocad and reinstalled.

But at the end of the installation it goes always wrong, i have the report "error 1603"

I looked already for advide from autocad itself (i installed autodesk licensing service 9.2.2.2501)

Anyone already had the same problem?

i posted also my log file,maybe this helps.

So where are you at with this ... 

 

I've helped a lot with the Product time out error ... 

 

Also, have you thought about putting in a ticket about this to Autodesk?

Hello @Anonymous, 

 

Try to start fresh by reinstalling the application.  Please review the suggested steps below. 

 

  1. Conduct a Clean Uninstall of the previous installation & use the MSfixitTool to complete it
  2. Reboot the computer, make sure apps are not auto running in the background 
  3. Log in as Administrator (check your permissions, full control) or create a new profile
  4. Make sure you have an uninterrupted & high-speed connection to the internet
  5. Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter (Windows)
  6. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
  7. Use the Browser Download Method in your Autodesk Account or via the AVA | Autodesk Virtual Agent (download all the parts)

Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.
