I had to completely reinstall Windows 10 Pro 64 bit on my computer due to a virus. When I downloaded and installed Maya 2016 student version, I got a message saying my license for home use has expired. I've tried to reactivate the license through Autodesk but, nothing I do seems to work. The request code I have won't even fit in the box they provide. I've tried using the virtual agent chat without getting any real help. What can I do? Thanks!
