Maya 2015 keeps installing in Japanese

I've Uninstalled and reinstalled Maya a few times now over the last few days, and everytime it installs in japanese. I selected the Enlgish install on the site so i'm not really sure what is going on. I've look through a bunch of forums to try and find a solution but nothing has worked so far.
