Reboot the computer & quit any applications from Task Manager running in the background
Subscription Licensing Error: "Establish an Internet connection to continue"
The Windows profile is set to standard user & needs to be changed to Administrator
Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your system
