License not accepting

Hello sir / madam

 

 Early morning i inform you that my autocad is not working but from your office still not getting any reply what should i do i have autocad license 

 

EDIT: We have removed the serial number from your post. Please, do not post your product serial number on public websites and forums such as this one.

First welcome to the community...

 

Secondly..    Although Autodesk does monitor these forums, this is mainly a peer to peer network where users are assisting other users like yourself.   Meaning its not an official way of contacting Autodesk to get support.  Its great that @muriel.a (from Autodesk) chimed in and she is assisting you.

 

Also I fully understand you are down and unable to work but there's no need to be posting more than once and keep demanding things..   Not everyone is just standing around to serve you..  Smiley Very Happy

 

Finally since you posted sensitive information I'm not sure what message you were actually seeing.  If its about the contacting your contract manager to use this product did you try the stuff that @pendean pointed you to?

 

You can also try a license reset by following these instructions:

This should help get your application working. Assuming you have a valid serial number/contract.

Close the application

 

Please note, folders of C:\Programdata and C:\Users\[Username]\Appdata (listed below) are hidden folders and you may need to adjust your viewing settings.

 

On your computer, navigate to: ​​C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS\<Product_Key>_2017.0.0.F  [<Product Key> is the product key of the Autodesk Application you have]


Delete the LGS.data file.
Navigate to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ folder
Delete the ADUT folder and it's contents
Start the application.

When you start the application, it will prompt you to choose one of the following:

Login - 30 day trial licenses
Serial Number - Standalone and Single-User activation
Network - Network License server for obtaining licenses from a machine on your network

Choose the option that matches your license.
