License manager not working

When I start AutoCAD and log in with my account, it doesn't recognize the license I have (I am a student from UNAM), then it keeps telling me over and over again to log in with my Autodesk ID.
When I close this window, a message appears saying: "license manager not functioning or improperly installed". I have re-installed this add-on (license manager), followed every advice I had found on the internet but none of them seem to be working. I have right now switched to the "30-day free trial" license but my University has the whole one. What should I do?
