License Cascading issue with 2017 products.

We are having an issue with out license server.

We have 5 PDSU, 1 BDSU, and 4 AutoCAD licenses. The problem is when the suite licenses are all in use, the server is not cascading down to the AutoCAD licenses.  How can I fix this.

This was working until we did the upgrade from 2016 to 2017.

@Anonymous

I have assumed you upgraded your license manager to version 11.13.1.2.

You created a license file for all the products on the same day?

Are any of these license based on term (desktop subscription)?

Are all of these products on subscription?

What is happening for you to suspect its not getting a license from the AutoCAD portion of the license?

Turns out it was the license file. After going thru support, they generated a new file.

The clue was in it telling that it could not find an available license. When looking at the server status, all the suites were used, but the extra individual product licenses were all free, so it was not cascading down as it should have.
